The charge-up time- Higher ranked games don’t have time for the slow devotion charge up, true you could have a turbocharger but overall many guns have the ability to outclass it. Such as the volt, higher fire rate, less ammo consumption possible, An R301 has a tad bit more range and is more ammo efficient. A Devo as itself is great yet many weapons can defeat it, as it is charging up, even with the turbo you are left defenceless, plus it is an LMG making its strafing while aiming speed super slow. The Devo leaves you defenceless, while any other gun could easily kill you. In lower ranked games strafing is not huge so the Devo is a good pick.
